A few highlights include:
- 71% of the district administrators surveyed indicated they have greater responsibility for major investments and assessing risk related to those investments.
- 87% of the districts surveyed use a team approach to purchasing.
- 2012-2013 expenditures in all product categories are projected to increase.
- The budget cycle, timing, and branding are critical elements in purchase decisions.
