MCH Strategic Data Enters Equity Partnership with BlueNose Edutainment

Sweet Springs, MO – March 24, 2011 – MCH Strategic Data announced today that it has entered an equity partnership with BlueNose Edutainment (BNE). As part of the agreement, MCH will help BlueNose Edutainment engage with reading and writing educators to encourage participation in BNE’s online curriculum programs.

“We consider our partnership with BlueNose Edutainment to be one of the most important new ventures in our company’s history,” MCH Strategic Data CEO Peter Long said. “BNE’s programs will spur the interest and creativity of students with the participation of celebrities from the world of sports, film, and music. MCH is uniquely suited to connect reading and writing teachers across America with BNE’s free curriculum.”

BlueNose Edutainment will launch its programs on a national scale in September after completing a series of pilot programs. The company’s leadership includes Lyman Carter, President & CEO, Dr. Michael Milone, Chief Education Officer, and former Major League Baseball star, Todd Zeile, Chief Operating Officer.

“At BlueNose, we believe that every student should have the opportunity to develop their skills and talent, no matter where they live or what resources are available locally,” BNE President and Founder Lyman Carter said. “That’s why BNE is committed to providing engaging curriculum at no cost. We’re delighted to be working with MCH to spread the word to teachers across the nation about our services.”
