Q. What is the difference between a Basic Subscription and a Professional Subscription?

Professional subscriptions include export credits that allow you to export data and send email messages. Professional subscriptions also display contact email information on screen. Professional subscriptions also include multi-user and state-level licensing options.

Basic subscriptions do not allow you to export data or send emails unless you purchase additional export credits. Basic subscriptions do not display contact email information. Multi-user and state-level subscription options are not available.

Q. What are export credits and how do they work?

A. Export credits are the “coinage” that you use when you download data to your computer or send an email to an educator from Infinite Access. Professional subscriptions include a group of export credits (100,000 for a national subscription).

Various actions use a different number of export credits.

If you need more credits, you can purchase them in quantities that range from 2,000 credits to 1 million credits. Contact us to purchase additional export credits.
