MCH Strategic Data Promotes Jari to Leadership Role

In her new role, she is responsible for coordinating efforts between external and internal customers to assure delivery of outstanding customer service.

Prior to joining MCH, Ms. Jari held various customer service related positions and most recently was a Team Operations and Quality Manager for a large financial institution. “We are thrilled to welcome Kylie to the MCH family,” said John Hood, President of MCH Strategic Data. “She shares our values and places the same strong emphasis on the customer experience as we do. Jari earned her Bachelor’s degree from South Dakota State University and is currently pursuing her Master’s degree from Webster University in St. Louis, MO. Kylie is an active community volunteer and is involved with organizations such as United Way, Habitat for Humanity and Junior Achievement.
