MCH Strategic Data Announces Product Innovation Department

Sweet Springs, MO – January 20, 2012 – MCH Strategic Data, America’s leading compiler of business-to-institution (B2i) databases and mailing lists, today announced it has created a new Product Innovation department. This department will be headed up by Kirk Chritton, the newly named Director of Product Innovation.

Mr. Chritton has over 20 years of experience in marketing and product development. He joined MCH Strategic Data as Director of Marketing in 2000 and served in this role until being named Director of Product Innovation.

The Product Innovation team will be responsible for creating a continuous stream of new database marketing services and enhanced data products. Mr. Chritton will be in charge of building a new department solely dedicated to innovative solutions to meet the ever-changing needs of MCH clients. The team’s primary focus will be to take MCH’s product development offerings to the next level.

“MCH will release a number of revolutionary products in 2012,” Mr. Chritton said. “The Product Innovation department will ensure that the new products are released on schedule and they meet—or exceed—our clients’ expectations.”

The Product Innovation team will include current MCH staff and new positions. The department will take the lead in coordinating efforts with MCH’s Research and IT departments for product implementation, as well as work closely with the MCH Sales Department to understand changes in the market place.

Diana Willis has joined the new department as Database Quality Assurance Specialist, a role that she has held in the MCH Research department for the past nine years. Ms. Willis brings an extensive history to the role. She has worked at MCH for more than 25 years, including experience in the Sales and Marketing departments.

Kim Harrington continues in her role as Product Coordinator, a role she has held in the MCH Marketing department for the past nine years. Ms. Harrington is responsible for product documentation, managing product changes, and managing product pricing in MCH internal and external order entry systems.
